1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bd54 ("bd54", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at bd54.bio and all associated subdomains. 3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd54 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bd54 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bd54 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before making withdrawals, after exceeding certain transaction thresholds, or at any other time at bd54's discretion. Failure to complete the KYC process within the timeframe specified will result in withdrawal suspension until documentation is provided and verified. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period of the bonus will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account automatically.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

Where bd54 offers no-deposit bonuses or free-play credits, any winnings generated are subject to higher wagering requirements and maximum withdrawal caps, which will be specified in the individual offer terms. bd54 reserves the right to limit the availability of such offers to specific player segments or geographic regions within Bangladesh.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook Betting

All sports bets placed on bd54 are governed by the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published within the bd54 sportsbook section. In the event of any conflict between a sport-specific rule and these general Terms, the sport-specific rule shall take precedence for that betting market only.

bd54 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed on an event that has already commenced at the time the bet is accepted, where the odds offered were manifestly incorrect as a result of a technical error, or where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Void bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to real-time odds changes and market suspension. bd54 accepts in-play bets at its discretion. The platform may suspend markets or cancel live bets in the event of technical failure, data feed disruption, or where the integrity of the event is in question. bd54's decision on all in-play betting matters is final.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on bd54 are provided by licensed third-party game studios, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. 7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

Upon receiving a closure request, bd54 will process any pending verified withdrawals and close the account within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of standard KYC checks.

7.2 Closure by bd54

bd54 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where bd54 reasonably suspects or determines any of the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Fraud, collusion, match-fixing involvement, or any form of cheating.
• Use of automated systems, bots, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering activity or suspicious transaction patterns.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment claims made in bad faith.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward bd54 staff or other players.
• Account being held by an individual under 18 years of age.

7.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or by bd54 — all unused bonus funds and any associated wagering progress will be permanently forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, except in cases where closure results from fraudulent activity, in which case balances may be withheld pending investigation.

8. Limitation of Liability

However, bd54 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, maintenance periods, technical failures, or interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, payment networks, or internet service disruptions.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd54 shall not be liable to any player for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the bd54 platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

8.3 Maximum Liability

Where bd54 is found to be liable to a player for any cause of action, the total aggregate liability of bd54 to that player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bd54 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

8.4 Force Majeure

bd54 shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from causes beyond bd54's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, acts of government or regulatory authority, civil unrest, pandemic, war, fire, flood, power failure, or failure of telecommunications or internet infrastructure.
